The Governor is a woman!

Yes this year maybe is the year of the women. Last June 28, 2007 , the oath taking and turnover ceremonies were held at the provincial capitol compound.

Dr. Floydelia R. Diasen is sworn into office by RTC Judge Marcelino Wacas.

Out-going Governor Dominador T. Belac, Sr. hands the symbolic key of authority to Incoming Governor Floydelia R. Diasen. Diasen is in jubilation delivering her inaugural address after receiving the key from Belac.

July 2, 2007. Diasen is smiling as she delivers her First Monday Flag Raising Ceremony message to all national and provincial employees at the capitol ground.

she should look into the problem of the provincial hospital. It is common knowledge that some if not all the doctors there are charging very high professional fees, that it is better to go to a private hospital. What happened with their share with the PhilHealth? All the past administration has not done anything about this problem. Worst, some doctors operate pharmacies, which is the root of friction among themselves. Sometimes alalays of a pediatrician man the examination room to corner most of the patients. Imagine being examined by a pediatrician when you are not an infant and or what you need is an internal medicine specialists. NAKAKAHIYA KAYO!!!!!
