P385-million projects proposed in Kalinga

WITH the impending extension of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform program (Carp), various projects with total worth of P385 million in the eight municipalities of Kalinga, including Tabuk City, were proposed.

Provincial Agrarian Reform Officer II Victoriano Laguinday said even if the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) provincial office in Kalinga has nearly finished its job on land distribution, it has to continue its support to agrarian reform beneficiaries in the form of infrastructure and other ancillary services.
